Introducing HENO: The Corner Fan for Challenging Layouts

Living interior with muted tones, exposed structural elements and closely arranged furnishings
Not every room was built with a ceiling fan in mind. Maybe it’s the spare room you turned into a nursery, the study that doubles as your WFH corner, or that oddly shaped living room where a ceiling fan never seems to reach the lounger. A pedestal fan clutters the floor, and wall fans can feel more like an afterthought.
That’s exactly why we created Heno. Over the years, more and more people have asked us for a corner fan that actually works, so we decided to build one that does. It completes the Crestar range, giving you a fan that’s designed for the corners people usually ignore, powered by the same trusted DC motor we’ve stood by for decades. Here’s what you can expect when you bring one in.
The Fan Made for Spaces Your Ceiling Fan Can’t Reach:
Two looks, one fan

Maybe you’ve repainted the walls, swapped out your sofa, or simply want a fresh look. Instead of being stuck with one colour, Heno gives you options. Each fan comes with dual-sided blades, (Black/Walnut or White/White Oak) so you can flip between them anytime. That’s two configurations from a single fan, and we’ll even give you one free blade swap in the first year.
As Shawn, our COO explains: “There’s growing demand for customisation, so we designed dual-sided blades that let customers choose which colour they prefer. A good example is our Hiro fan, customers now prefer different colour combinations instead of a single tone. That insight guided us to apply the same concept to the Heno corner fan.”
The blades are also made from medium-density fibreboard (MDF) which is both practical and sustainable. MDF is made from recycled wood fibres from sawmills rather than cutting down new trees. It uses safe, chemical-free bonding materials that won't release harmful gases into your home. Unlike regular wood, it doesn't bend or warp over time, and when you're done with it, it can be recycled.
Airflow where you need it

We’ve all felt that dead zone where the air just won’t circulate. Heno fixes this with auto oscillation at 90°, plus manual tilt options up to 120° horizontally and 155° vertically. In other words, you can point it exactly where you want, and it’ll keep even the trickiest spots cool. On top of that, we’ve intentionally designed the blade angles to maximise wind delivery.
Quiet, efficient, reliable

Running on our trusted DC motor, Heno is built to last and to run smarter. It draws just 12W–40W of power, and the MDF blades help absorb sound so all you feel is a steady breeze. Based on NEA’s standards, it falls comfortably in the 4–5 tick range for energy efficiency.
We’ve also engineered seven bearings into the design to keep the fan stable and smooth, even at higher speeds. It’s a detail most competitors don’t bother with but it makes a real difference to how reliably and quietly the fan runs over time.
Easy upkeep, safe design
Cleaning a fan shouldn’t feel like a balancing act. Heno's open design means you can simply dust or wipe down the blades. No dismantling required. And while the blades are exposed, they’re made of lightweight fibreboard and installed high enough (2.2m or above) that accidental contact is unlikely. As long as it’s mounted properly, it’s as safe as it is simple.
At the end day, we designed the Heno to solve the little frustrations at home, the corner that never gets cool, the fan that looks out of place, the hum that keeps you awake at night. We’ve built it to be practical and reliable because that’s what actually makes a difference day to day.
But the best way to know if it’s right for your space is to stand in front of it. Drop by our experiential lab, feel how we are providing the best wind delivery yourself, and see how Heno fits into the corners of your life.
